We carried out numerous surveys involving a mixture of our residents, families and staff.

The areas we asked about were communication, management ,response to covid, suggestions for improvement, concerns and anything that was particularly good.

Some of the actual comments received- Small not corporate. Residents look happy, free to come and go. Warm and welcoming, staff kind and helpful. Friendly staff Nice and cosy. food nice, lots of choice. Room is nice. staff are lovely and friendly. Good care, comfortable and happy. Small, personal. The complete survey is displayed in the home.
